Rose's Pawn Shop

Saturday March 28th

Free Admission!

For two decades, Rose's Pawn Shop have evolved their version of modern-day American roots music. It's an anthemic sound that's taken the group from their hometown of Los Angeles — where frontman Paul Givant formed the band as a bluegrass-inspired act, making room for punky tempos and fiddle solos — to venues across the country, where their sound grew to encompass the sweep of rock & roll, the sonics of folk music, and the storytelling of country. With American Seams, the band's fifth studio release, Rose's Pawn Shop nod to the wide range of those influences with also doubling down on their folky roots. Produced by Grammy nominee Eric Corne during a series of live-in-the-studio performances, it's a raw, reflective album about stepping into a new stage of life, reflecting upon all the lessons learned and mistakes made along the way.

For Givant — a journeyman songwriter who's weathered the twists and turns of the music industry, unwaveringly dedicating himself to a project that's earned high marks from Rolling Stone (who called the band's work "a blast of 21st century pickin'-party music") and GQ (who praised their "knee-slapping bluegrass-y twang") — it's also a showcase of the the band's staying power. This is resilient roots music, grounded in sharp songwriting and the hard-won experience of a band that's dedicated itself to the long haul.

Front Porch (Billy Strings After Party)

Saturday April 11th

Front Porch will be joining us for our second night of Billy Strings after shows!

Described as “old time acid jazz punk rock barn burning bluegrass fusion that will have you jumping,” Front Porch independently released their first album "Shallow Grave" in the fall of 2023. Gaining attention across the U.S. with their energetic live shows, their performances highlight their skillful instrumentation, where foot stomping clawhammer banjo, ripping mandolin, guitar and fiddle melodies are at the forefront of their driving sound.

Front Porch has been nominated for bluegrass band of the year for the Arkansas CMA’s in 2024 and 2025, headlined many festivals, and has supported artists such as Bela Fleck, Sierra Hull, Infamous Stringdusters, and Del McCoury. They  are currently on tour supporting their sophomore album “Toolbox.”

Their most recent album highlights their continued growth as musicians and songwriters, where the band pushes the boundaries of American roots and bluegrass while creating their own unique sound. All four band members write songs for this album which creates a diversity of styles that reads as a cohesive collection. Guitarist John Henry pairs thoughtful storytelling with ripping guitar runs on his song, “Great Grandaddy’s Barn.”  Bassist Cameron Keeling brings a traditional bluegrass feel with high lonesome harmonies on “Truer Words.” Mandolinist Alex Hawf brings dark jazz inspired melodies to his tune, “Skvader.” And banjo and fiddle player Petey Wesley brings an old time vibe with his song “Meet me in the Ground.”

"Front Porch performs with all the usual ingredients of bluegrass and folk but bakes them up into a post-punk old-time acid jazz barn-burning bluegrass fusion that will have you jumping”  - Ozark Highlands Radio

Their debut album What a Life arrives in February 2026, capturing the group’s adventurous spirit and balance between heartfelt songwriting and soaring instrumental work. The record honors the roots of bluegrass while boldly exploring its modern evolution, featuring a guest appearance from bluegrass legend Sam Bush on fiddle and harmony vocals and mastering by two-time GRAMMY Award winner David Glasser at Airshow Mastering.

Each member of Magoo brings a distinctive voice and musical strength to the project. Dobroist Dylan Flynn, winner of the 2024 RockyGrass Dobro Competition, adds soulful depth and melodic warmth. Guitarist Erik Hill, runner-up in the RockyGrass Flatpicking Contest, drives the band’s rhythmic pulse with power and precision. Mandolinist Courtlyn Bills injects fiery solos and inventive arrangements, while bassist Denton Turner grounds the sound with groove, timing, and subtle dynamics. Big Shrimp (Phish After Party)

Tuesday July 14th

Big Shrimp live at Bowl & Brew for our first night of Phish after parties!

Get your tickets here!

Big Shrimp is a young high-octane progressive improvised rock band formed in 2024 in Bridgeport, Connecticut, blending danceable funk, exploratory rock, and fearless improvisation into a sound that’s as intricate as it is infectious. Built on diverse, catchable songwriting delivered by all four members Jared Sage Cowen (Guitar/Vocals), Max Perrotti (Bass/Vocals, Daniel Cohen (Keys/Vocals), Henry Thomas (Drums/Vocals), Big Shrimp’s material has quickly earned national attention, including placement on Spotify’s Modern Jam Band editorial playlist.

Known for their adventurous live shows, the band balances tightly crafted originals with fresh, unexpected covers — from Down Under to Elmo’s Song — all filtered through their playful, high-energy lens. These performances have helped cultivate a fiercely loyal fanbase known as The Prawn Stars, whose growing presence in rooms across the country has fueled the band’s rapid rise. That momentum landed Big Shrimp on Grateful Web’s “Top 12 Upcoming Jam Bands to Watch in 2026,” further cementing their status as a breakout act.

“They’re pure heat: long sets, huge grooves, and a rhythm section that feels like it could carry an entire block party by itself. Guitarist Jared Sage Cowen leads this squad on guitar to deliver a dance-worthy blend of prog rock, blues rock, and funk. Their fan base is growing fast because the shows are fun, joyful, sweaty, and full of personality.” — GratefulWeb

In late 2025, Big Shrimp released The Prawno Tapes, Vol. 3, the band’s third live album, capturing highlights from an extensive Summer and Fall tour that included standout performances at Northlands Festival alongside Umphrey’s McGee, moe., Corey Wong, and more. The tour also saw the band supporting Spafford, Eggy, Big Something, and Magic Beans, expanding their national footprint. That momentum carried into a sold-out Phish After Party in NYC following Phish’s MSG New Year’s Eve run, a show covered by Live For Live Music.

“...yielding some of the funkiest, most cathartic and most primal energy of the set. With catchy melodies, impressive solos, complex arrangements, and shifting tempos and moods, the band kept you on your toes and bobbing your head the entire show.” — NYSMusic

Halloween has become a signature pillar of the Big Shrimp experience. In 2025, the band unleashed their 2nd Annual Halloween Extravaganza (and Sage Entertainment’s 8th produced), transforming the show into an engaging, theatrical spectacle. The night featured an original, story-driven reinterpretation of Forrest Gump, interwoven with original debuts, themed covers, massive props, colossal shrimp, boats, ping pong tournaments, and more — a tradition the band plans to expand annually.

Alongside their live momentum, Big Shrimp has gained significant traction on TikTok, where viral performance clips and behind-the-scenes content consistently reach 20,000+ views, earning the band a reputation as one of the most viral young bands in the jam and improvised rock scene. This online growth has translated directly into packed rooms and a rapidly expanding national fanbase.

Currently, Big Shrimp is charging through an extensive 2026 Winter Tour, highlighted by four Colorado debut performances, including a headlining appearance at the legendary Cervantes’, alongside a Northeast run featuring Twiddle’s Ryan Dempsey as support for two consecutive nights. On the studio front, the band released their debut single “Rex” on January 9th, the first taste of their forthcoming debut studio album.

With more tours, festival appearances — including breaking ground on one of their own — additional live releases, and their debut album on the horizon, Big Shrimp is charging full steam into 2026 with no signs of slowing down.
